Three Columbia Residents promoted by KSP

Three Columbia residents have been promoted by the Kentucky State Police. Lt. Bradly S. Stotts (right), Sgt. James W. Richard (left)) and Sgt. Derek A. Cundiff (center) received their promotional certificates from KSP Commissioner Rick Sanders and John Grate, deputy secretary of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, on Sept. 16, 2016. An 11-year KSP veteran, Stotts is commander of the KSP Intelligence Branch in Frankfort. He is the son of Danny and Patricia Stotts of Columbia. Richard is an 11-year veteran of the agency and is assigned to KSP Post 15 in Columbia. He is the son of Johnny and Carolyn Richard of Columbia. Cundiff is an eight-year veteran assigned to the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division Region 4 in London.
