Some Downtown Cat walked through Mr. Stotts' new blacktop sealing, then onto his walkway and left this evidence to be used against him. Mr. Stotts has already accused the noblest cat in the neighborhood. While the prints do look very similar to those on Linda Waggener's Honda hood, they are NOT those of Blue. Blue is a good cat with moral standards. He has always strived to emulate the best in humankind - to be a soccer player, to master the the wind chimes, and, lately to be Chief Pontiac. The Adair Heritage Association is promoting the second annual "Squarecrow" contest which last year had multiple entries decorating all four sides of the square and the yard of the Historic Courthouse.
