The highlight of last night's Adair County School Board, Thursday, October 20, 2016, was the appearance of William Rowe, who led the meeting's pledge of allegiance, with his Principal, Steve Burton, who commented that William, an outstanding student, is a fighter. "He absolutely gives it his all," Mr. Burton said.
