Anderson's Pizzeria sustains kitchen, dining area smoke damage

"The first of three fire calls to the Columbia Fire Department on Monday call came in at 9:44amCT, to Anderson's Pizzeria, 1411 Campbellsville Road, with moderate damage to kitchen area and smoke damage to restaurant. There were 13 firemen on the scene for around 1.5 hours," Columbia Fire Department spokesperson Donald Hare reported in the accompanying story. The damage was enough that the Tuesday, November 8, 2016 Columbia/Adair County Chamber Luncheon has been moved to the Roberta C. Cranmer Dining Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY, for today's 11:45 luncheon, with guest speakers Rogers Scholar Lauren McQuaide, Governors Scholar Cole Schmidt, and Adair Schools Job Placement Specialist Jim Leib. City Engineer enumerates work needed for mall site approval
