Campbellsville Elementary School preschool students recently learned about healthy eating and made their own monsters as a snack. Audrey Myers, above Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Science at Taylor County Extension Office, came to CES recently to talk to preschool students about eating healthy foods. Myers read "Happy Healthy Monsters" to students, which taught them about the right foods to eat and exercises they can do to stay fit. Afterward, students used graham crackers with cream cheese to make their very own monsters by adding carrots, raisins, peas and a grape.
