I know those who have not had the honor nor the opportunity to be in Indianapolis on Finals night of the Bands of America Grand Nationals, might not fully fathom the pomp and pageantry on display. Well, a picture is worth a thousand words they say and at least in this instance, it is true. It is indeed quite a spectacle in and of itself but then, to know that tiny Adair County barely visible at the far right is on the field as the Single A National Champion for the third year in a row is truly "icing on the cake". - Billy Joe Fudge
