Patty's was out of hotdog buns after a busy day on Wednesday November 30, 2016, but that just gave her room to be creative and maybe do something better to demonstrate her technique deep frying hotdogs. The dog on the left was simply dropped in the hot oil, but the one of the right was scored and submerged a little longer. Both had essential elements: Hotdogs with flavor and snap, chili, diced sweet white onion and tomato, Texas Pete, and Jalapenos. Both bread choices were toasted and that makes a big difference.
