There was excitement as the #1 Float, the #23 unit in the parade, entered the Square. Even those who had not heard Delno Salmon announce the winners on WAIN radio knew that the spectacular float was something special, with it's miniature little brown church, it snow flakes falling, it's Christmas tree, and it's replica horse drawn wagon.
