An extensive eight-year fugitive investigation into the location of John "Johnny" Boone, above led the U.S. Marshals Service to a small town outside of Montreal, Canada on December 22, 2016.. This information was passed on to law enforcement in Canada and Boone was arrested today, Friday, December 23, 2016, by Canadian law enforcement officials in Montreal.

Campbellsville HS students tour Speed Art Museum

Campbellsville High School Art Honor Society members recently toured the Speed Art Museum in Louisville. Attending the trip were, from left seniors Tiffany Stagner and Kyrsten Hill, sophomore Zoe McAninch, freshman Fatimah Alabusalim, sophomores Leslie McKenzie, Chloe Decker, Jessie Bennett and Christina Phipps and junior Jay Cox. Students saw a variety of art, from paintings to sculptures and more. After touring the museum, students participated in hands-on activities in the museum's basement, and observed and listened to artist Gaela Erwin as she discussed how she creates her pastel drawings. Erwin's work was a featured exhibit at the museum.
Students also saw an exhibit that detailed the history of sneakers.
