Epicurean Kentuckian: breakfast with a little spice

This morning's breakfast was fixed with a little Turmeric spice giving it great flavor and the nice warm color. Bits of leftover pork roast was stir fried with chopped onion, an egg, and topped with sprinkles of Cilantro. Hot Lemon-Ginger tea was a good accompaniment. -LW
