CES Wings Express students learn from ‘Decibella’ Campbellsville Elementary School Wings Express students recently learned about controlling their voices while at school. Second-grade teacher Tracey Rinehart, above read the book "Decibella and Her 6-Inch Voice" by Julia Cook. The story is about a young girl nicknamed Decibella who needs to learn to talk softer. She eventually learns the proper way to talk to people when she learns the five speaking volumes.
