The 21C Limo

Titled "Arillated: The 21c Pip Mobile," this movable work of art is "a limousine made to resemble the interior of a pomegranate by utilizing thousands of red glass arilloid gems." It's a product of Louisville artist Monica Mahoney, and can usually be found downtown outside the 21C Museum/Hotel.

Columbia Rotary donates $4,000 for scholarships at Lindsey Wilson College - Members of the Columbia Rotary Club presented a facsimile check representing $4,000 Monday night, February 27, 2017, to Lindsey Wilson College Vice President for Educational Outreach and Student Financial Services Denise Fudge. The $4,000, which was raised in October through the club's phonathon, will be used to provide scholarship support to Adair County residents who attend Lindsey Wilson. Owner FoundLost in the Fairplay area of Adair County -- Kit-Kat. Female whippet. If seen, please call 270-378-0559 (Jan) or 270-378-0557 (Rachel). Whippets are sight hounds and if she spotted a deer and chased it she could have gone a long distance. Anyone within 10 to 20 miles of Highway 704 around Fairplay, down into Cumberland and over into Russell counties (maybe even Metcalfe County) please be on the lookout for this dog. She is microchipped and very friendly. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
