It was the best I've ever eaten," as my late father, E.P. Waggener said at almost every meal. This pot roast was created by Linda Waggener, who went light on added seasoning, adding only turmeric, a little salt and pepper, and a lot of garlic and then, when she'd thought she had added all she should, she put in just a little bit more.
