After speaking with owner of the adjacent farm next to this field I was told they were pulled from the woods that were being logged to keep them from being damaged by the logging operation. Campbellsville Elementary School kindergarten students had lots of fun recently during a week of events geared toward Dr. Seuss. In one activity, students made their very own Horton figures from "Horton Hears a Who!" Students cut out a hand to make Horton's face, and then added an ear. As finishing touches, they added a flower in his mouth and the saying "A person's a person, no matter how small."
