Tim Royse, 48 years in snack distribution

2017-05-16 - Breeding Country Mart, Breeding, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, Columbiamagazine.com(c) .
Tim Royse has been in the snack distribution business almost half a century, if one counts the time from when he was a six year old "helping" his father, Dan Royse take Gordon's Potato Chips to stores in this area. He's seen a lot of changes over the years, but basically, it's the same personal relationship enterprise it was in his father's day. His company, Royse Vending, has a warehouse in Columbia and covers Adair and some or all of neighboring Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell and Taylor Counties. The photo above was taken on Monday, May 15, 2017, when he was re-stocking his shelf space in the very busy Breeding Country Mart. - EW

Mystery photo: Met this guy? Know where he is?

2017-05-16 - ????? - Photo ?????.
For some a very familiar monument. Maybe a Travelocity gnome wannabe. Maybe just a guy with squinty little eyes, bad hair, and a big, big mouth - who just happens to be wearing a dunce or gnome hat. Comments, guesses on the trees location, welcome. - CM.
