The monument to fallen law enforcement officer Daniel Neil Ellis in the Pellyton Cemetery, above as seen on January 19, 2017, is a hallowed place for lawmen everywhere. At present, there are no signs on KY 206/Liberty Road, indicating the location of Patrolman Ellis' final resting place - though that might be planned in the future.
