Epicurean Kentuckian: A bottle of 'Bragg' 2017-08-02 - Fortune Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Bragg is "Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar - With the 'Mother'. Unpasteurized, Naturally Gluten Free." We get a 32 oz bottle, pour it in a cruet for the table, and then don't have to call 911 for a jaws of life to open one of those plasticky packages. Many take Bragg vinegar by the tablespoon one or more times a day, and claim health benefits. Anyway - hope you share your improvements on the basic idea of Spoon Salad. And the tomato juice is simply juice from the red-ripe, grown-in-Adair County tomatoes.
