Ralph Roy Waggener, who continues to edit the popular It's Just for a Smile News enjoyed the vista from Ricky & Mitzi Bault's swimming pool deck area, gazing over to the Sulphur Hole on Russell Creek, remembering with family elder Jim Richards what a role the old swimming pool had played through the years, long before the idea of a City Pool at the old fairgrounds was hatched.
