It's caught the eye of many motorists on Greensburg Street, and perhaps has calmed traffic on a main route to the Adair County School District Campus. A single, perhaps 'volunteer' sunflower could be perceived as a caution sign, not a bad idea of this stretch nearing the intersection of Greensburg Street and KY 767 - Dillon Street in town/Pelham Branch Road in the county. The familiar tobacco crop is dwindling in south central Kentucky. It's harder to find tobacco growing with the health warnings against smoking.
