Bull Run Road SAR Traffic Control at 7:50amCT, Sunday morning

SAR Member Roger Thurman surveyed the scene, as a parked SAR cruiser with lights flashing block the crash site this morning, nearly two hours after power was restored, while Duo County was beginning restoration to cable customers on Bull Run Road and Dwight Curry Road. - EW

Occupants by some miracle, escaped

There were injuries, but the occupants of this KIA auto exited this crash which occurred last night, Saturday, September 16, 2017, at 10:45pmCT. The car was not removed for many hours, long after the occupants of the car had received treatment at the site, and had been transported to TJ/Columbia for treatment. The driver was later airlifted from TJ/Columbia to UL Medical Center in Louisville, KY. the photo was taken at daybreak Sun September 17, by Joe Collins.

Adair County Search & Rescue team members Lauren Canas and Gerald Sneed had in over eight hours on traffic control duty on Bull Run Road following a single vehicle crash at 10:45pmCT last night. The SAR had road blocks both ways on Bull Run Road, ongoing at 7:47amCT, this Sunday morning, 17 Sep 2017. Also on duty with the SAR were Constable Joe Collins and Roger Thurman. - EW
