But the small creature captured our attention as it crossed the road in front of us as we slowed to let it go into the grass along the shoulder of the road . . . Tioga Falls, Near Fort Knox Kentucky 2017-09-23 - West Point, KY - Photo by Robert Ellis. Went with family members last Sunday to Tioga Falls, West Point, KY. The Falls is at the end of a 1.8 mile hike. It's larger than the picture depicts and worth the hike. Up and down a couple hills, and you have to cross some railroad tracks by foot to get there.
