Lance Burton fundraiser show for ACMS Cheer postponed

Lance Burton, Adair County's world famous master magician, was scheduled to perform at Adair County High School on November 1, 2024 in a fundraiser supporting the Middle School Cheerleaders, but the show has been postponed due to scheduling conflicts. A new date will be announced soon.

Lance is pictured here at the Adair County Library's annual Silent City walk.

At the Adair County Fiscal Court October meeting

The Adair County Fiscal Court met in regular session Tuesday. In addition to regular business, items on the agenda included quoting/bids for courthouse work, basketball goals, Jim Blair Center bathrooms and parking lot, appointments to the Extension Council/Board, and second readings of ordinances concerning the Occupational Tax and Medical Cannabis.
