2017-10-22 - Creekside Barn, 1181 Gradyville Country Club Road, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. The huge smile on Kenny Davis' face told the story of the night as Superintendent Pam Stephens congratulated him - even apologizing that it had taken so long - as the President of the Class of 1962 beamed even more. Kenny Davis, for his part, told Dr. Stephens that an apology was not needed, that he was just thankful to be recognized as a graduate. - EW

2017-10-22 - Campbellsville Elementary School, 315 Roberts Road, Campbellsville, KY - Photo by Calen McKinney, Public Information Officer, Campbellsville Independent Schools. Campbellsville Elementary School CES fourth-graders Alexis Roddy, left, and Westin Dudgeon count using cereal. Students are using cereal to practice their math skills. In Garnetta Murrell's class, students are learning how to respond to short answer math prompts. During a recent lesson, students were asked to answer a question about a boy having 112 candy pieces and sharing them equally with three friends. Students were asked to determine how many pieces of candy each person received and then draw a picture of their answer.
