Treats on the Town 2017: Cynthia Rowe and Pam Shearer

2017-11-01 - Greensburg Street entrance to Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Cynthia Rowe serves up bags of pink cotton candy to little trick or treaters while her daughter, Pam Shearer, has plenty more ready to hand over. No idea who the green guy is holding the sign up that reminds us of the hard work the Jaycees do to the Adair County Fair. Don't know the name of their skeletal friend on the left either.
