Joseph Payne loved and it seemed appropriate when the event in his memory was organized to include a meal for the whole community to feed everyone, whether they were able to donate to it or not. When Bro. Billy Payne began organizing the event, he enlisted the help of all his family and friends who he knew would bring it together.
