CU student challenges Americans to wake up every day in praise

Metsam said his country has terrorists and he is fortunate to be in America, "the most blessed country on the planet". He said there is no reason in this country not to "wake up every day and praise the Lord!"

Anderson's Pizza feeds students/staff at AYDC

John Thomas, left, owner of Anderson's Pizza spoke to the students at AYDC this past week as part of the mentoring program. His message was on there being light at the end of the tunnel and he emphasized there are people in the world who truly care. He showed his care for the students and staff by feeding everyone pizza for lunch, which was probably the students favorite part of his visit.
