The Bloomington Chapel Church Float was the First Place Winner of the Adair County Floats in the 2017 Christmas in Columbia Parade. The Pastor, Bro. Ralph Foster dressed in white shirt, overalls, and dark dress jacket, waved to the crowd lined up in Morgan-Smith Parking Lot as the float prepared to head toward the Columbia Square.
