2017-12-12 - Versailles, KY - Photo by Les Williams, KSP Public Information Officer.
The Kentucky State Police Foundation made a $2,500 donation to KSP's Trooper Teddy Project that benefits children in stressful situations such as car crashes, drug or sexual exploitation investigations or those who are critically ill in hospitals. The program exists solely on contributions and does not utilize any state funds. Shown left to right: KSP Major Fred Williams, Jr. and KSP Foundation Executive Director David Jude. "The Trooper Teddy Project aligns perfectly with one of the Foundation's core mission statements, that of promoting the interests of the Kentucky State Police when serving its citizens," said Jude. "We are pleased to support an initiative that positively impacts some of Kentucky's most fragile children." - LES WILLIAMS, Public Information Officer, KSP Public Affairs Branch, Versailles, KY.
