Kentucky Color: Woodford County has golden trifecta

2018-01-07 - Woodford County, KY - Photo by Libby Fudge.
Woodford County has a lot on the ball. Some of the most beautiful horse farms on Earth, Woodford Reserve Distillery and The Kentucky Castle would be the golden trifecta among many man-made and natural wonders. However, I stand amazed that they have yet to discover the virtues of the aerial Bushhog when it comes to roadside woody vegetation management. - Billy Joe Fudge Photo by Libby Sent from my iPhone

Sending healing Sunrise from Oak Grove Road

2018-01-06 - Eastern Adair County, KY - Photo by Jackie Montgomery.
There's healing in the rays of the sun and photographer Jackie Montgomery shared hers from this one-degree, frosty Saturday morning, January 7, 2018. She must have telepathically felt my vibes of angst and frustration after having awakened to frozen water pipes. Her note was perfect, and the water pipes had just started working when I read her message, "May the beauty, peace and energy of Sun's Rise nourish, heal and protect you." I think she's got a great idea for a greeting card there, it was just the message I needed! - Linda Waggener
