Mayor Hardwick recognizes, identifies secret scarf sharer

Mayor Curtis Hardwick has identified a secret sharer, who has hung scarves on lamp posts on the Square with waterproof notes. It is Ray Lynn Lee, who is a recruiter/trainer for famlly services in Columbia, KY. "This thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated," Mayor Hardwick said, adding that it is the kind of gesture which makes the Square symbolic of the kind of town Columbia is.
