When David Jones, Adair County School District Director of Transportation, called at 4:18amCT, yesterday Thursday March 22, 2018to announce that Adair County Schools would be closed that day due to black ice all over the county. and included this photo of almost impassible black ice in the 700 block of Jamestown Street.
