Over 3,000 Blue Pinwheels planted on State Capitol Lawn

Commit to Prevent Child Abuse -Attendees gathered on the front lawn of the State Capitol to "plant" more than 3,000 pinwheels, the national symbol for child abuse prevention. Each pinwheel is representative of 20 live births in Kentucky each year. Present and taking part in the ceremony were Gov. Matthew Bevin and First Lady Glenna Bevin.
