Making a point about soil erosion and how to help at park
2018-03-26 - 901 Hudson Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, columbiamagazine.com. Bill Coleman and Alicia Bosela make a point about soil erosion and how tree-planting will help at the Jim Blair Park and Recreation Center. Alicia, who walks at the park regularly, has seen the ditch she's standing in created over the past several years by rushing water draining toward the creek. To help keep the soil in place and add to shade and beauty, 90 trees were planted by Garden Club members last Friday. The building is in the background. - LW
