Daffodil Watch 2018 - Undaunted in Russell Co., KY 27 Mar 2018 2018-03-28 - U.S. 127, north of Sewellton, Russell County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. Russell County, KY, abounds with random right-of-way patches of daffodils. There's a north facing hillside just north of the Sewellton, KY, at the southern terminus of KY 55, that we try to see at it's peak, but it appeared that the peak had passed this year on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. (Or will warmer weather bring a spring revival by Easter Sunday???). The deliberations to fulfill a request from the Administrative Office of the Courts (AoC) for the court to get bids and make recommendations. The court voted to follow Dunn's recommendations.
