Scenic Metcalfe Co., KY: Foot of Butler Hill Falls 2018-03-29 - KY 80 East, Edmonton, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. Usually, it's just a dry draw, but with the downpours yesterday and this morning, Wednesday and Thursday, March 28 and 29, 2018, this unofficially titled "Foot of Butler Hill Falls," was almost spectacular from a car window, and a glimpse through the cedars for additional cascades. The scene is on the north side of KY 80, East of Gascon, West of Red Lick and Price's Creek. In a few days, it will be an excellent place to see trillium.
