Smith is always concerned when weather reports include possible tornadoes as it does today -- he lived through one. We were outside at the Adair County Recycling Center where he works this afternoon in sunshine, seventy-five degrees -- and more than normal winds. He lifted his face to the sky, assessed the weather, and said, "the report is we'll likely get storms tonight. I don't want to go through that again."
