2018-05-20 - From Island View Restaurant, Dale Hollow State Park, 5970 State Park Road, Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Up close, this iron crow is obviously decor - thematic decor as it's seen elsewhere on the campus of the lodge grounds at Dale Hollow State Park. But from inside the restaurant, diners are frequently faked out, wondering why the crow never flies. - EW

2018-05-20 - Dale Hollow State Park, 5970 State Park Road, Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Dramatically different sunsets await visitors to Cumberland County, especially in the southern part of the county, from Dale Hollow State Park. This was one scene from the state park on Saturday, May 19, 2018. It's all intriguing, but the castle-in-the-sky, mid left, is what really caught our eye. - EW
