The Greensburg, KY, team of Dale Thompson and Eddie Milby took the second-place spot in the Pro Division in the 2018 Crappie USA Tournament at Holmes Bend. The team weighed 13 pounds and earned $2,700 that included $450 for Second Big Fish and $250 for the Ranger Cup Bonus. Thompson and Milby fished several different areas west of Holmes Bend. They were trolling blue/chrome crankbaits. They also reported numerous fish. Both are State Maintained, CVM as KY 767 and PBR as KY 2188. The intersection is commonly known as the Crossroads. However, things are curiouser and curiouser at the Crossroads. Going straight, east to west, Cane Valley Mill Road retains its name, but changes KY Highway Numbers.
