Signs of our times? 15 mph state highway?
2018-06-11 - South Main Street/KY 163, Edmonton, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. Sign scene seen Sunday, June 10, 2018 -- approaching the Square from the South in Edmonton, KY, a sign has been erected reducing the speed limit to 15 mph. Not surprising, traffic moved sanely and smoothly at the lower, safer speed limits. Just over the hill there is the popular Barn Lot Theatre on the right. On the left is Edmonton United Methodist, with one of the now thematic in Edmonton black steel fences. - ED WAGGENER
