Edmonton Bicentennial seeking decade themed floats

Shakespeare in the Barn gets major comfort improvement

The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued the following warning, accompanying the graphic above: "An unusually strong mid-July storm system will likely bring severe weather to parts of southern Indiana and central Kentucky Friday and Friday night. The graphic has our latest thoughts. All hazards are possible - damaging winds, large hail, isolated tornadoes, and flash flooding. NWS Louisville Note: The CM 7 county area of Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell and Taylor Counties are in the yellow, or "slight risk" band. -EW

Dr. Lisa Allen named CU interim dean of school of education

Dr. Lisa Allen has been named interim dean of Campbellsville University's School of Education according to an announcement by Dr. Donna Hedgepath, provost and vice president for academic affairs at CU. She said Dr. Allen's in-depth knowledge of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) accreditation process and her work and relationships in Frankfort will allow CU to move forward in a strong, positive direction.
