Is this your dog? Waiting on Lindsey Wilson Street, Columbia

This friendly black and white dog showed up first at Betty's Flowers n Things on Campbellsville Street in Columbia, then went on over to Mark Harris' house at 105 Lindsey Wilson Street where the dog is on the deck. He has a collar but it doesn't have ID on it, so hopefully this news can be shared until the owner is found. Mark says he feels sure someone will be missing their pet. Burris & Brown Sweet Corn - Full ears, full measure

Kayden Greene, a sixth grader this fall at Adair County Middle School, is selling Sweet Corn this morning for his granddad, David Burris & partner Junior Brown. Brown & Burris count 13 ears to the dozen - at this year's standard $4/dozen. Kayden and his grandfather arrived early, and quickly set up. Sales from their pickup were brisk, even an hour before the official opening of the market hours, 8am-1pmCT.

 2018-07-21 - Collumbia, KY - Photo by Big Al Owens, the Big Rig Trucker. Big Rig trucker turns 50 On Thursday, July 19, 2018, the Big rig trucker turned 50. I was in Houston at Edison. It's a 5 star restaurant located in downtown Houston. Ashley and the staff definitely made my birthday memorable. I had Texas chicken and brussel sprouts. Amazing dish with special herbs and spices. I came back to Kentucky today and my family helped me celebrate too. My friends and I raised $200 for suicide awareness, I appreciate everything everyone has ever done with me or for me in my half century here in the greatest country in the world. - Al Owens.
