Darlene Campbell, standing before the audience, spoke about her experience with DNA testing and research, handing out information that can help others begin their own family research. She also plans to share her power point presentation by email to all who request it. She was the featured speaker at the August 6, 2018 meeting of the Adair County Genealogical Society to a crowd of over 40 at the Adair County Public Library.

Registration for KY mentor-youth dove hunts 7-17 Aug 2018

Registration for the popular mentor-youth dove hunts offered by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources opens today and continues through August 17, 2018. Hunters can find dove field locations, maps and online applications on the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife website at fw.ky.gov as well. Registration is available online only at this website.

Little kitten ready for adoption has good purring motor
