Rural Mail Carrier William "Billy" Caldwell retires after 28 years of service from the United States Postal Service. On Friday September 28, 2018 Billy was presented a Service Award Certificate by Columbia Postmaster Randal Murrell and honored by family, friends, postal coworkers and retirees. Billy served more than 400 deliveries on a 110 mile rural route in Northern Adair County that travelled mostly in the Knifley and Casey Creek areas.
