Squarecrows 2018: this year dedicated to Ed Waggener
2018-10-09 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Mitzi Bault, CM Staff.
Ellen Zornes writes:
Ed and I always agreed on the Squarecrows! We would laugh and talk about how cute they were and such a bright spot for our town and how they brought so many visitors to the square...day and night...and literally brought the square to life.
As I was registering Squarecrows this year, I thought of how much Ed would have loved them. He'd be making me count each, individual crow to see if we beat last year's record. Yes, Ed, we have!
As long as we have fun, innovative things going on in Columbia and Adair County, Ed will always be with us. This year's Squarecrows are dedicated to Ed...May the fun continue. --Ellen Zornes

In addition to kiddie rides, my mind went right to cotton candy and candied apples - can't wait! - JT
