According to a story at kentucky.com, "The minimum bid accepted will be $1.3 million for the 50-plus acre college property itself, $1.4 million for the campus and three bypass property tracts totaling more than 40 acres."

Summer Shade school house, looking for picture of Sulphur Well
 2018-11-08 - Metcalfe County, KY - Photo from Ma\'s Deli. This is a picture of the Summer Shade school house from 1931-32. It is similar in looks and shape to the Sulphur Well school house. I am hoping a reader will let me know if a photo of the Sulphur Well school house is in existence. Would love to see it. - Linda Waggener
