Trayton Stargel wins 1st place at Woodford Fall Classic


2018-11-19 - Versailles, KY - Photo by Amanda Taylor. Trayton Stargel is a 13 year old 8th grade student at Adair County Middle School, and he is also a member of the Taylor County Youth Wrestling team and the Taylor County Middle School Wrestling B team.

On Sunday, November 18, 2018, he traveled to Woodford County Middle School in Versailles, KY, where he competed in the 129-131 pound weight class of the Woodford Youth Fall Classic. Trayton went undefeated and brought home a blue first place medal.

Found! Lost Dog - Milltown Road, Gradyville area

Update 6:50pmCT Taffy is back home, thanks to a Good Samaritan CM reader on Shively-Parnell Road
Our Dog, Taffy, is missing!!! Neighbors were shooting and she is very afraid of gun fire. She ran off from 6691 Milltown Road on Saturday, November 17, 2018 around 3:00 p.m. She is reddish-orange and looks like a fox or coyote. She weighs about 35-40 pounds. She is very shy and very timid around other dogs. She has a red collar, but no tags. She is not micro-chipped. If she is found, PLEASE call (270) 378-6643. We will pick her up no matter where she is found!!! Thank You! We need your help to find our Dog! --The Thies family

Campbellsville Police Chief Pat Thompson said Greensburg Road was closed from Red light #1 to Shilo Road until further notice..." - More information will be posted when received.

Mitzi Bault was driving Ricky Bault's Jeep so we could travel the backroads and make plans for a future kayaking trip. This was the scene on a recent sunny afternoon as we bounced along the road parallel to Casey Creek where it would feed into Green River Lake and open up to Arnold's Landing. We would be stopped around the bend where high water completely covered the road. - LW
