A Special Called Fiscal Court meeting Monday morning, January 7, 2019, allowed new Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan to announce her appointments for key positions. The setting in the basement proved somewhat a surprise for those in attendance at the first meeting of the new administration with the podium and lamps missing. The lamps weren't really "missed" as they've often proved a photographical challenge. - TK
