Joe Pyles, UCB Board Member, and Anthony Janes, owner of Fabco, Inc., met with the Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission and received approval to go to work on the newest location of United Citizens Bank. Joe said they are excited and may just start building in the morning. P & Z Commissioner Joe Flowers led the 8-minute meeting. Members present were George Kolbenschlag, Roy Rademacher and Gayle Rogers. Sue Stivers was absent. Jada Coomer, P&Z Administrator, was the recorder.
