Friday is always Fish Day at Patty's Liberty Road General Store & Diner just outside of Columbia. It was tested again this Friday, just to make sure memory serves correctly, and it was so good. She will serve up the dish with fish only, shrimp only, clams only - or a combination with all three as on this plate, with hushpuppies and two sides of choice.
