Part of the highlights of Friday night's basketball games against Russell County High School included honors bestowed on the 2009 Fifth Regional Championship Team. Then the 2019 teams played with one win and one loss. The Adair County High School girls team lost their game with RCHS, while the ACHS boys team was victorious over RCHS boys. A Lady Cardinal stopped by the bird feeder for some sunflower seeds. She had to keep a lookout for Blue the Cat who is very brave when it comes to chasing after birds.
